Staff Development

It is imperative we continue to internally train and educate our team to ensure we are always fully prepared for new and emerging trends. Our team have access to resources via many sources, including direct training with submission platform providers. We are also members of several institutions, including ISMTE, EASE, UKSG and ALPSP.

Inclusivity

We strive to foster a sense of belonging and empowerment within our team and are committed to building an effective PAED family with a variety of alternative home circumstances, backgrounds, skills and views. The more inclusive we are, the better our work will be.
